Manager

Derek's been a repair man at Zappliance Repair in Santa Monica for 10 years.  He's always loved figuring out what makes things tick, and has been a hero to his own family on many occasions by fixing their appliances, thereby saving them money on professionals.  Derek did well in shop classes at high school and half way through, transferred from a traditional school to a vocational tech school, where he got more training and experience in repairs, and got community college credits.  Derek had helped the owner of the appliance store on an occasional basis while in vocational school, and was happy to land a full-time job upon graduation.  Before he knew it, Zappliance was his baby. Now proud owner, manager, and repair supervisor Derek aims to maintain his business and keep all appliance repairs fast, easy, and professional.
