Business Owner

After high school, founder Cougar Upton worked in construction of new homes as a framer. The fascinating high tech world of Silicon Valley in the early 80's lured him away from construction. He developed skills in hardware engineering and product design.

In 1998 Cougar began apprenticing with a high end remodeling contractor in Marin County. There he learned advanced skills in a variety of construction trades in an environment considerably more challenging than building new homes.

After working for an architectural and electrical engineering firm as a designer, the transition back to "hands on" construction occurred in 2002, when a friend wanted help remodeling her home. This led to a thriving home remodeling and renovation business that has continued to this day.

His personable style and collaborative approach promotes a good working environment with customers and associates at the job site. Projects are cost effective, functionally designed and artistically crafted.
