Business Owner

Steve Slaton is a Katy resident who first started repairing appliances over 20 years ago.  He started tearing things apart at a very early age and has been fascinated by how mechanical and electrical things work ever since.  
He started Steve Slaton Appliance repair in 2010 and it has grown into a very successful repair business.
   He knows that the number one frustration with service companies is there lack of customer service.  He vows to take care of his customers.  He likes to set a time window of an hour or less when he makes an appointment.  He is very flexible and even comes out in the evening for no extra charge.
   Steve is not happy until the customer is happy.
