Napa native Steve Silva enjoys working with his hands and being outdoors, which inspired him to get into the construction business after high school. In 1983 the industry was booming in California and Silva said he felt a calling to be out on his own.
"I felt there was a lack of good quality plumbing contractors in the Napa Valley so I started my own business," said Silva. "The challenge was learning how to be a good businessman rather than a plumber."
Silva found the winning combination. This year marks Steve Silva Plumbing's 34th anniversary in business, with twenty six years at its current location on Enterprise Way in the Napa Valley Corporate Park. No other plumbing contractor in Napa Valley offers the full service that Steve Silva Plumbing does, including service and repair, residential and commercial construction as well as a full-service retail.
