I am the Owner of Rivers Plumbing Heating & Air.  Our company has been family owned and operated since 1979.  I have 35 years as a practicing plumber and am registered with the California State License Board.  

I have served as the President of the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors (PHCC) for the State of California from 2005-2006, Local President for the Contra Costa & Alameda Counties for 2005-2007 & 2007-2009. I am the 2013-2014 PHCC National Association President.
