History

Established in 1989.

The company was founded as Walter Pickett Plumbing, Inc.,  It was based out of Walters' home. In a short time, the company had expanded to three plumbers and a lease space. In 1994, he purchased the current location, at 6646 Satsuma. Currently the company has a staff of nine State of Texas licensed plumbers and several apprentices. The company continues to grow by developing a residential client base. To better serve our clients, we invest thousands of dollars annually to stay current on new technology.

Business Owner

Mr. Pickett obtained his Texas Master Plumbing license #4975, in 1967.  He has performed plumbing service and repair, in addition to irrigation and water treatment systems, for single and multi-family dwellings and commercial properties in the greater Houston area.  He  has served in various officer capacities and on the Board of Directors of Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors (PluMeCo). He is a founding member of Associated Master Plumbers of Harris County (AMP), also serving in the capacities of officer and Board Member. During his tenure as President of AMP, the two associations merged to become Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors, (PAMCA). Walter has served on the Board in various capacities since the merger. Pickett Plumbing is a "Founder" member of Plumbers Success International (PSI), and a member of Service Roundtable.
