History

Established in 2006.

In the summer of 2006 my wife Katie and I welcomed our first child, Taylor. With added responsibilities we decided to start our own plumbing company out of our house like most other plumbing contractors starting out. We named our new business Blackhawk Plumbing after my favorite band. Quickly we became busy in the new construction and remodel plumbing for a diverse group of general contractors all over the Willamette Valley.

Things were going well enough but we were lacking real business knowledge, I was a plumber, not businessman. In 2008 we welcomed Henry and the stresses of making ends meet, payroll, and supplies; we were in one of the worst economic downturns in history. Construction was hit HARD, something had to change and change quickly.

In 2010 I opened my locally owned and operated Mr. Rooter Franchise serving Marion, Yamhill, and Polk Counties. This was a great merge for us in that they supplied me with the business systems that we were lacking, shared values and morals, wh
