This is a family owned and operated business since 1985 my father started this company's his  main objective was to repair any and all appliance problems while keeping the costs down for our customers customer satisfaction was number one priority and never take advantage of a desperate customer explain exactly what you found and how we will fix it and how much it will cost to make the repair as long as the customers is informed we want our customer be happy and recommend us to their friends and family and always know they can count on us for prompt courteous and reliable service we pride ourselves on a 99% satisfaction and in this industry that is unheard of we retreat each and every customer as we would want to be treated ourselves if we were the customers so for the customers that no matter what we do we can't satisfy them we will still always try and satisfy them if they choose to give us a chance when there's an appliance that you've been told it can't be fixed we can fix it.

My name is Edythe. I grew up in a large family. After getting married, I diligently worked in the family business. I divorced a number of years later, but I didn't give up on having a bright future, and using the skills I had acquired, I inherit my father's business which is Major Brand Seattle Appliance Repair.

Giving back to the community was always a big priority for me. I wanted to do something for the people around me, so I set a remarkably low service call for one of my technicians to come out. Even more remarkable is that this price has not changed in the past years I have had my business.
