Established in 1986.

Heating Experts began as a general contracting business. We decided to specialize in residential mechanical systems almost from the onset. We now install high efficiency furnaces, boilers and tankless water heaters for customers in the East Bay.

Business Owner

I have lived in the Easy Bay since 1974, getting to know the area intimately.

I studied Wood Science and Technology at Cal, and became a building contractor shortly after graduation.

I have been remodeling homes on my own since 1986, and have 3 California contractor licenses:  B(General Contractor), C-20(HVAC), and C-36(Plumbing).
