     If you are a property owner and do not live nearby, no problem! We provide free estimates in the Tracy/Mtn House/Manteca/Lathrop areas.  If the work requires a troubleshoot to determine cause of problem, leaks/electrical etc., there might be labor involved but if just a visual or walk through of the work is needed I can provide an estimate right then.  If you find it satisfactory we are a go for scheduling and I will do my very best to accommodate your schedule.

History

Established in 2004.

I have known Kevin, the previous owner, for many years as he is my brother-in-law twice removed ;) As we have been in the same residential repair industry it was a great honor and pleasure for me to purchase and take over the business for him as he and his family decided to purchase a home and move out of state in late 2015.  Kevin started working for the original owner, Randy, in 2005 (hence the name). Randy decided to pursue another career and in 2009 Kevin bought the business from him.  Just as Kevin did, I love the name and felt there was no need to change it! Plus it sounds a lot better than Handy Robert's, although I do have customers that call me that :)

Meet the Business Owner

I was born and raised in Florida.  I graduated high school and joined the U.S. Navy when I was 17.  I learned a great deal, saw many parts of the world and met some great people along the way.  At 21 I left the Navy, after a few years of attending school and working part time I was presented with the opportunity to move out to San Francisco!  In 1998 I settled in Tracy where I met my beautiful wife in the spring of 2000.  Shortly there after is where my career in the repair field began, I was hired by a very well known and successful contractor in the bay area.  He taught me everything from flooring to roofing and everything in between!  From 2002 to 2007 I worked as a residential electrician and in 2007 I began working for Ace Hardware as their lead repairman/electrician.  In 2012 I decided to give it go on my own, it wasn't easy but w/ my wife's amazing support we stuck with it and in June of 2015 we bought Handy Randy's!  I have 2 beautiful sons, an absolutely amazing wife and life!
