History

Established in 1989.

Whit Greenway, the CEO of Greenway Home Services, started as a service technician in Memphis in 1978. As a young man he was sharp with his knowledge of the trade, but he was a natural people person. He showed up when he said he was going to, he always did what he said he would and he never made promises he could not keep. We know that no person is perfect, but it is how he quickly addressed any mistake that put him above the rest.

After the company he worked for was sold to a large corporation, Whit's position as service manager was terminated. He took nearly no time to weigh his options with his livelihood and with a wife and two little girls at home he quickly decided to open the doors to his own company, Home Care Services, in the fall of 1989. By constantly treating his customers how he wanted to be treated and with years of hard work and sacrifices Whit Greenway grew his company into one of the Mid South's largest service companies.
