Leland mastered her skills early in the appliance field and has sought to make a difference within the service industry. With 5 years of experience training technicians and many more years providing service to customers, Leland realized the service industry is lacking a very key role. The service matters and Leland felt that he could make a difference bringing honesty and quality service back into the industry.
