Meet the Manager

I started working for Black & Decker in 1996 as a customer service representative in Tennessee at the Factory Outlet Mall. Shortly there after I then moved to the Product Service Division where I accepted a role as a customer service representative running the front end of the showroom. A year later I accepted the role of Service Sales Representative which took my duties mostly outside of the shop working directly with the contractors. In 2004 I accepted my role as Service Operations Manager and moved to Austin.
