In 2000, Dacor Repair Service was just a small service company consisting of a 2 knowledgeable technicians and one truck.  Over time, that small company operation developed into more than just a service company.  It turned into what you see today.

I started working with my great uncle after high school and fell in love with the science and mechanics of Appliance Repair.  After high school, I was chosen by one of my instructors to work in his family owned business. I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience from this experience.  I started Dacor Repair Service in 2000.  My motivation is seeing the satisfaction on my clients faces when I solve their comfort related issues.  I enjoy solving problems.  The growth of my business is due to the fact that I truly enjoy working on Appliance repair equipment and interacting with clients.  I also enjoy learning about new technologies and issues in the Appliance industry.  As such, I attend continuing education courses and seminars whenever I can.  I strive to treat all my clients as I would like to be treated myself.
