We help with pressure problems, rust, water heater problems, sewer problems, and leaks of all sorts. We provide fixtures that conform to the latest environmental standards - fixtures that use less water, and heating systems that are very efficient.

History

Established in 1909.

Good Services started as Capitol Hill plumbing, when Capitol Hill was just being developed.  In 1947, Jay Frees bought the business and continued under his own name for 50 years.  

He retired and asked Bruce Good from Good Services Plumbing & Heating, a neighborhood business, to take over.  We expanded into Radiant Heat as a customer service, about 25 years ago.

Business Owner

Bruce studied Math and Physics in high school and university, but changed directions to a career in Plumbing and Heating.  He started Good Services in 1976, and has been serving the Seattle area since then.  He is a journeyman plumber, a master low-voltage (HVAC) electrician, a certified BAT, a Seattle listed sidesewer guy, a Seattle Grade 3 Steam engineer, a Seattle gas mechanic.  He likes music, theater, movies, novels, and especially pickleball.
