What started as one service truck, a laptop computer and a small advertising budget has grown to 20 employees, 19 service trucks and a customer base that has grown to over 40,000 customers over the last 7 years.

History

Established in 2009.

We began our family operated business in April of 2009 with one service truck .  We have built our business on treating our customer exactly how we would like to be treated and offer the best product and workmanship we can offer.  By following this we have grown our company to 14 serrvice trucks by word of mouth!  We appreciate all the support and opportunity to service our customers!

Business Owner

Brian Reed is President and Founder of Best Care Home Services LLC, a Mid-South services firm specializing in HVAC and Plumbing established in 2009, where he leads a growing company in pursuit of service provider of choice.  He is a 10 year veteran in the home warranty industry.  Brian holds a degree in Organizational Management and is a certified licensed plumbing & mechanical contractor in both TN and MS.

Brian originally became interested in the contractor business while attending college.  He wanted to create a business that provided good services to the community in which he lived and worked.  His philosophy is to take the hassle out of the already stressful endeavor of HVAC and Plumbing repairs for his customers by providing an alternative in the market place with honest options and fair prices.
