History

Established in 1996.

We are a family owned business, Gagne Brothers Plumbing started in 1996 and joined Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in 2000 becoming the first franchise in the country.

As of June 16, 2009, Benjamin Franklin Pluming, earned the prestigious Diamond Certified® award. The Diamond Certified award is presented only to plumbing contractors and other local service companies that rate "highest in quality" in a detailed customer satisfaction study of their customers served during the previous four-year period. Each qualifying company must also pass a license, insurance, complaint status, legal and credit rating (for contractors). To maintain Diamond Certification, American Ratings Corporation conducts ongoing customer satisfaction surveys and checks credentials on a regular basis.

Business Owner

Daniel Gagne is a second generation plumbing contractor, he worked in the family business right out of high school in Montreal. He moved out west in 1993 and started his business with his brother Patrick in 1996.
The business grew quickly and in 2000 they joined the Ben Franklin Franchise. In 2012 the company has grown to 3 locations in the Bay Area, Novato, Concord and Redwood city. With about 70 employees and 45 trucks on the road the company strives to always improve its customer service and help homeowners in the Bay Area.
