As a child Bill Jr. spent afternoons and summers working in his father's small shop.  Once he took over the family business he made changes and improvements to keep it a mom & pop shop with a larger company functionality.  Customers are still treated the same as they were when the shop opened 30 years ago.  A boss is always available to answer any questions personally, yet, they are also fully staffed to handle the work load of the company which has grown over the years.  At B & D Heating we take pride in knowing every customer personally.  We strongly urge new customers to come in and meet us to get a sense of who we are before committing to a relationship with a new contractor.
