All New Again® is a full service completely integrated in-house certified restoration company.  All New Again specializes in Emergency Water, Fire & Smoke Damage; Contents Cleaning, Restoring & Storage; Fungi Remediation; and, Lead & Asbestos Abatement.  Additionally, we are Licensed Plumbers; Licensed Electricians; and, Licensed HVAC contractors.  Lastly, we have a certified and licensed exterior department that specializes in Roofing; Siding; Windows; Doors; and, our new proprietary maintenance free Hooded Gutter Systems.

History

Established in 1987.

All New Again® was founded in Washington State by Jon Baer.  Baer started in the flooring business in 1987 shortly out of high school.  In 1999 Baer opened his first flooring and remodeling retail location in Bothell, Washington.  In 2004 Baer recognized his customers that had an unfortunate water or fire loss, and had filed an insurance claim with their insurance carrier, found it overwhelmingly challenging on how to navigate through the cumbersome claims process.  While the insurance companies had their adjusters and captured contractors that worked for the insurance company with their best interest as a priority, the customer did not have a contractor that worked for the customer that had their best interest as a priority.  Further, Baer discovered, the contractors that worked for the insurance carriers typically did not follow basic laws, had the proper credentials or experience, and lacked the proper professional knowledge to put the customers' homes back to pre-loss condition.
